The Alumi Series grilles are, by far the most popular
styles of grilles.
The Alumi-Glass uses frameless 1/8" tempered glass
lites allow for both high visibility and security. The integrity of the
tempered glass panels is further enhanced by the use of rigid P.V.C. gaskets
top and bottom, which incorporate a unique shock absorbing core to cushion
the glass. The Alumi-Plex uses plexi inserts.
For smooth rolling, trouble-free operation, all ADT Alumi grilles run
on 1-1/8" diameter ball bearing rollers in our heavy duty custom
track. The Alumi grilles use 5/16" cold rolled steel hangar rods
that will not deform during the lifetime of the grille. A greater degree
of security can be provided by substituting 1/8" lexan or solid aluminum
panels in place of the standard tempered glass.
Cylinder controlled lock posts with self adjusting steel
floor bolts and steel top bolts are provided for grille ends. Intermediate
posts with steel floor bolts are supplied for (up to) every 10 feet of
grille. Dust free, stainless top, floor sockets are included. Bipart egress
assemblies are provided as required. |

Sentry Series |

The open style Sentry Grille is a lower cost alternative
to the Alumi Grille while offering a high degree of security. This grille
is ideally suited for use in food court applications. In fabricating the
grille, ADT uses individual aluminum panels 3-1/2" wide as a standard
and various heights and arranges them in a checkerboard motif, to give
the customer a large selection of patterns to suit their individual needs. |

Alumi-Classic Series

The Alumi-Classic is a distinct blend of security and
light weight. Its ability to fade into any decor, allows protection without
being intrusive. The vertical lines of this grille give a unique impression
of open space. A good choice for use as an area divider in schools, hospitals
and offices. |

Alumi-Guard Series 880

The open style Alumi-Guard is available in straight or
brick patterns. The grille construction is based on the Alumi-Air system
of individual panels interlocked together by full height hinge members.
This provides an extremely smooth folding, easily operated grille. Combined
with the high security that it offers, this grille is ideally suited to
locations requiring behind glass protection. |

| Easy Closure Series 840

The Easy Closure 840 unit is pre-installed
in its own storage pocket including pocket door.
The 840 Series is available as Easy Guard, a solid aluminum panel, Easy
Grille, an open air grill, and Easy Vent, a perforated aluminum panel
grille. |
