• Curtain:9″ straight pattern with galvanized, aluminum, or stainless steel components
• Rods: Continuous horizontal rods, 2¼” o.c., bright basic or galvanized wire
• Spacers: Tubular, stainless steel or aluminum
• Links: Stainless steel or aluminum
• End Links: Prevent grille from exiting guides
• Bottom Bar: Heavy-duty 2″ x 3″ extruded aluminum tubular bar, interlocks with vertical links; optional internal cylinder locks
• Locking: Cylinder locks (manual/crank); motorized versions use track-mounted interlocks or H operator with lock sensor
• Counterbalance: Helical torsion spring in steel pipe, grease-packed, sealed ball bearings, adjustable tension
• End Bracket Plates: Steel, min. 3/16″ thick, houses shaft and counterbalance
• Guides: Extruded aluminum with brush pile inserts and locking channels
• Hood: #24 gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel with gray or bronze polyester enamel coating; intermediate supports prevent sag
• Finish: Rust-inhibiting primer (non-galvanized); aluminum in mill, clear anodized, or bronze anodized; stainless steel in #2B or #4 finish
