- Curtain:Continuous 1″ extruded aluminum ribs spaced at 2″ or 4″ intervals, interlocked with high-impact clear polycarbonate panels
- Bottom Bar: Heavy-duty 2″ x 3″ extruded aluminum tubular bar; minimizes deflection for large openings
- Counterbalance: Helical torsion spring system housed in steel pipe, grease-packed, sealed bearings, 25% safety load factor
- End Brackets: Steel plates (min. 3/16″) with sealed ball bearings
- Guides: Extruded aluminum with brush pile inserts and locking channels
- Hood: 24-gauge galvanized steel with baked-on gray or bronze enamel; intermediate supports prevent sag
- Finish: Rust-inhibiting primer on non-galvanized surfaces; aluminum in mill, clear anodized, or bronze anodized; stainless steel in #2B or #4 finish
- Locking: Track-mounted interlocks or H operator with lock sensor (motorized)
