- Curtain:2″ or 4″ polycarbonate panels connected by 1″ (standard) or 1.25″ (HPD) extruded aluminum ribs
- Bottom Bar: Heavy-duty 2″ x 3″ extruded aluminum tubular bar; HPD includes dual structural angles with wireless safety edge
- Counterbalance (Standard): Helical torsion spring system in steel pipe, grease-packed, sealed bearings, 25% safety load factor
- Drive System (HPD): Springless direct drive with floating barrel supports for high-speed operation (up to 48″/sec open, 24″/sec close)
- End Brackets: Steel plates (min. 3/16″) with sealed ball bearings
- Guides: Extruded aluminum (standard) or steel angles with UHWM anti-wear strips (HPD)
- Mounting Tubes: Self-supporting structural tubes anchored to floor and jambs; no header support required
- Hood: 24-gauge galvanized steel with baked-on enamel; intermediate supports prevent sag
- Weather Seals: Brush seals around sides and top; HPD includes bottom edge seal with safety reversal
- Finish: Rust-inhibiting primer on non-galvanized surfaces; aluminum in mill, clear anodized, bronze anodized; stainless steel in #2B or #4 finish
